Subprocessors

Overview

Boondoggle uses third-party service providers to operate, secure, and support the service. This page lists current core subprocessors and customer-enabled integrations that may process customer data.

Customer-enabled integrations only process data when a customer chooses to connect or use that integration. Integration providers may act as independent controllers or service providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

Core Subprocessors

Amazon Web Services

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure, private file storage, backups, and email and SMS delivery
Data processed: Customer data, files, account data, email and SMS delivery metadata, mobile numbers, message content, replies, and operational logs

Google Cloud / Google Vertex AI

Purpose: AI-assisted docs, help, support, and product features when enabled
Data processed: Prompts, responses, help context, and related usage metadata

Google Analytics

Purpose: Marketing-site analytics and conversion measurement
Data processed: Website usage, device/browser metadata, referral data, and analytics events

Customer-Enabled Integrations

Intuit QuickBooks Online

Purpose: Customer-enabled accounting and invoice synchronization
Data processed: Company, invoice, payment, connection, and mapping records selected for sync

Customer CRM or webhook destinations

Purpose: Customer-configured event, sponsor, company, and operations sync
Data processed: Configured CRM payloads, sync metadata, and webhook delivery records

Subprocessor Changes

We may update this list as our service, infrastructure, or vendor stack changes. When required by a customer agreement or data processing addendum, we will provide notice of material subprocessor changes and give customers the rights stated in that agreement.

Security Expectations

Subprocessors must process data only for the services they provide to Boondoggle.
Subprocessors are expected to maintain reasonable confidentiality, security, and access-control measures.
Boondoggle remains responsible for its obligations to customers under applicable customer agreements.
